We provide free estimates for your roofing projects. All estimates are based on the information and conditions known at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if additional work is discovered during the project that was not visible during the initial assessment.

We will inform you of any additional costs before proceeding with extra work. You have the right to approve or decline any changes to the original estimate.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to place a lien on your property as permitted by California law.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made after work has begun may be subject to charges for work already completed and materials purchased.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide clear access to your roof and property for our crew and equipment. You are responsible for securing pets and removing valuable or fragile items from the work area.

We maintain comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. Our team follows all safety regulations and will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during work.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution, roofing work carries inherent risks. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so these limitations may not apply to you. You may have other rights that vary from state to state.
